Collection

If collection is arranged, they must be collected at the agreed time and location

We are not responsible for products once they have been collected
Delivery

Deliveries will be conducted through Royal Mail services

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time

Once delivered, responsibility for the items passes to the customer

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery
Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens including (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering
Liability

We are not liable for any damage caused after collection

Customers are responsible for storing products correctly
