Shipping Policy

At Beaky’s Bakery, we take great care in preparing and packaging your bakes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping on selected items only (such as traybakes, brownies, and postal-friendly treats). Currently this is only across England, Wales and Scotland. We are looking into shipping further, but these are the options for now due to safety of the final product.

Large or delicate items, including celebration cakes, are not available for shipping and must be collected or delivered locally.

Processing Time

  • All orders are freshly baked to order

  • Please allow [2–5 working days] for preparation before dispatch

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

Orders are sent via a tracked delivery service (Royal Mail) where possible.

  • Delivery times are typically 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed when ordering

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. However, as our products are handmade and delicate, slight movement or minor imperfections may occur.

Important Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

  • Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time.

Where possible, please include photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Perishable Guidance

As our products are freshly made:

  • We recommend consuming them within a few days of arrival

  • Storage instructions will be provided where necessary
