Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable once confirmed and payment has been made

This is due to the time and preparation involved
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled with at least [48 hours] notice for a full refund

Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund
Issues with Orders
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with details and, where possible, photos.
We will review each case and may offer:
